On June 4, 2004, the Assembly Committee on Labour and Employment conducted an informational hearing in response to the recent incidence of HIV among adult industry performers in California. This document details the reports given by various experts and concerned parties during the hearing, including: California Department of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA), Los Angeles County Director of Public Health, California Department of Health Services Prevention Services division, the Free Speech Coalition, AIM Healthcare Foundation, Titan Media (a studio), Nina Hartley, RN (an adult performer), a professor of infectious diseases, a represnetative of the ACLU, the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, and public comments. The document ends with a summation of witness recommendation.
