What are the two main challenges that the sex workers you work with face

The main challenges that we face as sex workers are: Securing dignified treatment without stigma or discrimination by the National Police and healthcare stasff in hospitals, healthcare centers, clinics, etc. The recognition of sex work as work since in Nicaragua sex work is not criminalized but neither is it recognized by any law, and this situation allows the police to commit many abuses against us and violate our rights, giving way to situations of harassment, verbal assault, blackmail, illegal searches and even capture in places where sex work is conducted (bars, night clubs and parks). An end to violence against us as sex workers.
