Shanghai CSW&MSM Center(SCMC) is a non-governmental and non-profit organization which focuses on the rights and health of the vulnerable and minority sexuality groups. We devote ourselves to improving their survival environment and providing a better medical and legal service. In addition, we also cooperate with numerous academic institutions,mass media and other social institutions,and try to do our best to improve the survival environment of the vulnerable and minority sexuality groups.
我们关注性工作者与同志人群的权力与健康。“心生”由“性”一字分解而成，代表机构致力于“性”的权利，而SCMC（Shanghai CSW&MSM Center）的全称正是上海性工作者和男男性接触人群中心。
性工作者：包括站街的中老年女性性工作者、易装和变性的性工作者、为同志提供服务的男性性工作者。
同志：活跃在上海的各个阶层的同志群体。
We focus on the rights and health of the vulnerable and minority sexuality groups. ‘Xinsheng’,the name of our organization, derived from the Chinese character ‘Xing’(sex),which it is obviously that we focus on the rights of ‘sex’. We focus on the CSW(commercial sex workers) and the MSM(man who have sex with man) populations:
CSW(commercial sex workers): the middle-aged and elderly women sex workers ,the transgendered/cross-dressinged sex workers,and the male sex workers who provide services for the gays.
Gays:Gays who live in Shanghai.
外展：我们坚持每周定期与性工作者、同志交流，沟通，及时了解他们的问题与需求，同时提供相关的咨询与健康宣传。
检测：我们每周一至周六为性工作者、同志提供一对一，专业的、保护隐私的咨询与HIV快速检测。
培训：我们定期为性工作者、同志人群提供各类权力与健康的培训。
调研： 我们同时还开展关于性工作者、男同志人群健康与权利的调查与研究。
Outreach-activities: In order to know more about their problems and needs,we insist to communicate with the women commercial sex workers(CSW) and the men who have sex with man (MSM) in a regular time every week.
Detection:We provide one-to-one, privacy, professional consultation and HIV test from Monday to Saturday in every week.
Training:We also provide many training about their rights and health at regular interval for the women commercial sex workers(CSW) and the men who have sex with man (MSM).
Research: Simultaneously,We also do some researches about the rights and health of the women commercial sex workers(CSW) and the men who have sex with man (MSM).
平等：我们生来平等，无论我们从事什么样的职业，无论我们喜欢什么样的人，平等与性别无关，与职业无关，无论同志还是性工作者，他们也都是社会的一份子，请给与他们一个平等的生活环境。
健康：健康是我们每个人都应有的权利，同志和性工作者也不另外。我们倡导不要因为性别与职业的原因而剥夺他们获得健康的权利。
权利：我们坚持和普通人一样，同志和性工作者也应拥有自由、平等、教育等权利.
We insist:
Equality:No matter what professions we engaged in, no matter what men we love,we are equal. Equality has nothing to do with professions,or genders. Whether the women commercial sex workers(CSW) or the men who have sex with man (MSM),they need a equal social environment as well as the ordinary people.
Health: Health is our the most basic right,so do the women commercial sex workers(CSW) and the men who have sex with man (MSM).
Rights: We insist that the women commercial sex workers(CSW) and the men who have sex with man (MSM) should have rights such as equality, freedom,education.

We primarily serve the male sex workers, female sex workers and transgender sex workers, because in the male and transgender workers on the basis of sex workers, we also do some service on the MSM population
Currently, we have well-known male sex workers and transgender sex workers agency workers, mainly to support outreach work and an important role in the institutional business
In the present work, our biggest challenge comes from the following
1 China's anti-pornography for sex worker occupational safety, the Chinese in the past year, for the crackdown on sex workers of which is unprecedented. In such circumstances, many sex workers are indexed (for example, a number of sex workers not engaged in sex workers at the time, was arrested and charged into the signature indicators, do not sign the hit), which for the professional sex workers have a serious impact on security
2, the health security: sex workers, sexually transmitted diseases or serious problems affecting the safety of sex workers, especially male sex workers in the past period of time, HIV infection rates rise. And in sex workers, the proportion of syphilis and genital warts has been high. This is the health of sex workers for a great deal of influence, and China's medical institutions arbitrary charges, also affect the health of sex workers.
Current institutions and EMORY University and Georgetown University and Fudan University in Shanghai cooperation, mainly in the male sex workers and men in the group of men to do some research, I hope through research to find better ways to prevent AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases
I also serve as the chairman of China Network of Sex Workers (the Chief of China sex worker network)
