Who do you work with?

La organizicion esta conformada como red Nacional, representada por los colectivos y poblaciones, hombres mujeres y trans, y como aliados tenemos a organizaciones LGBTTTI.
The organisation is formed as a national network, represented by groups and populations of men women and trans people, and with LGBTTTI organisations as allies.

How are sex workers involved in your organisation?

Las personas que jercemos el trabajo sexual o personas ex trabajadoras sexuales Somos las representantes y tomamos las deciciones en paralelo, las aliadas no pueden votar pero si asesorarnos y acompanarnos en los procesos.
Sex workers and former sex workers are the representatives and make the decisions together, allies cannot vote but advise and accompany us through the process.

Which of NSWP priority areas does your organisation work on?
Oppose the criminalisation and other legal oppression of sex work and support its recognition as work
Critique the trafficking paradigm that conflates representations of sex work, migration, and mobility
Advocate for universal access to health services, including primary health care, HIV and sexual and reproductive health services
Speak out about violence against sex workers, including violence from police, institutions, clients, and intimate partners, while challenging the myth that sex work is inherently gender-based violence
Oppose human rights abuses, including coercive programming, mandatory testing, raids and forced rehabilitation
Challenge stigma and discrimination against sex workers, their families and partners, and others involved in sex work
Advocate for the economic empowerment and social inclusion of sex workers as sex workers
What are the two main challenges that the sex workers you work with face

Que respeten nuestros derechos humanos, sobretodo durante la lucha ante la trata, las leyes de trata que nos criminaliza y la violencia social e institucional que nos afecta e impide lograr el reconocimiento del trabajo sexual en Mexico.
That they respect our human rights, especially in the fight against trafficking, the trafficking laws that criminalise us and the social and institutional violence that affects us and prevents us from achieving recognition of sex work in Mexico.

Politicas publicas en Pobaciones LGBTTTI, Migrantes, indigenas, afrodescendienes personas con discabacidad, adultos mayores, jovenes y personas con Vih.
Public policies on LGBTTTI populations, migrants, indigenous people, people of African descent, people with disabilities, older people, young people and people living with HIV.
