How are sex workers involved in your organisation?

Les travailleurSEs du sexe sont impliqué dans la gestion de notre organisation à tous les niveau. ils sont dans les instances de prises de decision, à commencer par le conseil d'Administration, et dans les differents services de l'organisation. il sont impliqués dans la gestion quotidienne de notre organisation, sont impliqués dans les activités des projets sur le terrain.
Sex workers are involved at all levels of the management of our organisation. They take part in decision-making, they sit on the board and are involved in the various departments of the organisation. They participate in the daily managing activities and in projects’ activities on the ground.

Which of NSWP priority areas does your organisation work on?
Oppose the criminalisation and other legal oppression of sex work and support its recognition as work
Critique the trafficking paradigm that conflates representations of sex work, migration, and mobility
Advocate for universal access to health services, including primary health care, HIV and sexual and reproductive health services
Speak out about violence against sex workers, including violence from police, institutions, clients, and intimate partners, while challenging the myth that sex work is inherently gender-based violence
Oppose human rights abuses, including coercive programming, mandatory testing, raids and forced rehabilitation
Challenge stigma and discrimination against sex workers, their families and partners, and others involved in sex work
Advocate for the economic empowerment and social inclusion of sex workers as sex workers
What are the two main challenges that the sex workers you work with face

Les travilleurSEs sont conforntés aux problemes multiples. les principaux sont: l'exlusion, la discrimination et la stigmatisation, les violentions des plus en plus de leurs droits, la manque des instruments juridiques: lois, decisions, edits...protegeants ces derneirs, des violences y compris certains clients qui les frappent et ne payent pas, les assassinats ciblés et qui manquent des poursuites, l'exxlusions economique, notmment la manque d'accesès au travaille, les problemes sanitaires.
Sex workers face with multiple problems, mainly: exclusion, discrimination and stigmatisation, rights violations, lack of legal tools : laws, decisions, measures to protect them from violence, including from clients who beat them and leave without paying, targeted murders without prosecution, economic exclusion including the lack of access to work and health issues.

Le plaidoyer, l'accompagnement, l'educqtion et la formation, le travail le l'accès au soins VIH, au depistage, au medicaments, la reoupement des travailleurSEs du sexe en association, ou des association en reseaux, mouvements et regroupement, l'accomagnement en justice et le droits au trvails et à nla protection et reconnaissances juridique et la libertés.
Advocacy; support; education and training; work; access to HIV care, testing and treatment; bringing sex workers together so they can form organisations; create networks, movements and gatherings of organisations; legal assistance; right to work and legal protection, and recognition of rights and freedoms.
