BIO work with female, male and transgender sex workers, families, partners and friends.
All BIO members which include Sex worker involved to any of organisational development like consultation of Strategic Plan, being first priority to participate at most of the program and activities that BIO is carryout as well as given the opportunities to attend national, regional and international events.
Human Rights Violation which include arbitrary arrest, torture, abused/ or insulted, robed, beaten, chased out from the places they are living done by low-enforcers under regional and district commission order.
•To providing human rights education work to LGBT and Sex worker community in Zanzibar
•Raising self-awareness and self-acceptance among LGBT and Sex worker community
•To provide workshop on spirituality and sexuality reconciliation/healing to LGBT Muslim
•Provide training on human rights respond to HIV/AIDS to parents/guardians who live with LGBT and sex worker children with purpose of creating family support on reduce stigma and discrimination
•Movement building within local, national, regional and International LGBT and sex worker organisations, stakeholders and allies
•Building partnership and allies with national and International human rights defenders organisations
