Is selling sex criminalised?
Selling sex is legal but other associated activities are criminalised. Soliciting in a public place is criminalised. It is also illegal to "keeps a house, room, set of rooms or place of any kind whatsoever for the purposes of prostitution"

Is organising/managing criminalised?
Brothel-keeping, procuring and living on the earnings are criminalised. Also illegal for operators of premises (bars, hotels, houses, shops etc.) to allow 'prostitutes' to gather on the premises.

Is sex work recognised as work?
No
Is sex work decriminalised with limited regulation?
