Selling sex is legal but other associated activities are criminalised. Immoral soliciting and debauchery are criminalised under penal code. It is also illegal to advertise for "debauchery".
Is buying sex criminalised?
No specific crime of buying sex.
Is organising/managing criminalised?
Yes - "habitual exploitation for material gain" criminalises "Whoever, for gain, makes a profession of or lives by procuring or on the prostitution or immorality of another, or maintains, as a landlord or keeper, a brothel"
What other laws are used disproportionately against sex workers?
There are other laws against public indecency and outrage of morals that could be used against sex workers.

No
Is there mandatory registration?
No
Is sex work recognised as work?
No
Is sex work decriminalised with limited regulation?
