Is selling sex criminalised?
In the Mgbako article Eritrea is listed as a country that criminalises 'prostitution' as per the Transitional Penal Code. The Transitional Code was superseded in 2015 by a new penal code. It seems that the 'prostitution' article has been amended to criminalise just third parties. There are laws against public indecency but no specific crime of soliciting for 'prostitution' so appears that selling sex may be legal.
