Is selling sex criminalised?
Yes selling sex is illegal, not under the criminal law but under administrative law. Working as a sex worker while living with HIV or while having an STI is also a criminal offence.
Is buying sex criminalised?
Yes - buying sex is illegal, also as an administrative offence.
Is organising/managing criminalised?
Yes - it is offence under criminal law to organise or profit from sex work, this law also applies to people such as managers of hotels, restaurants, bars and taxi companies who are involved in organising.
