لدى العاملين/ات بالجنس الصغار (الذين تتراوح أعمارهم/ن بين 18 و29 عامًا) احتياجات وأولويات متنوعة ويواجهون/ن حواجز هيكلية متعددة ونقاط ضعف متزايدة. ويواجه العاملين/ات بالجنس الصغار، بصفتهم صغارًا، تحدياتٍ خاصةٍ تتعلق بالسكن، تأمين الدخل، والحصول على فرصٍ مثل التعليم والعمل. في الوقت نفسه، تخلق الحواجز الهيكلية، جنبًا إلى جنب مع زيادة العزلة، ظروفًا تجعل من الصعب على العاملين/ات بالجنس الصغار الوصول إلى الموارد الحيوية، بما في ذلك دعم الزملاء من المنظمات التي يقودها العاملون/ات بالجنس.

 تشكل الحركات المعارضة للحقوق تهديداتٍ عديدة للعاملين/ات بالجنس، للأيديولوجيات المتنوعة الخاصة بهم/ن، أهدافهم/ن، وتحالفاتهم/ن الناشئة. لا بد من فهم هذه التهديدات بصورةٍ أفضل للمناصرة بحقوق العاملين/ات بالجنس.

هذا المصدر هو دليل مجتمعي لـ "تأثيرات الحركات المعارِضة للحقوق على العاملين/ات بالجنس". يقدم لمحة عامة عن الورقة الإعلامية الكاملة ، ويقدم توصيات رئيسية لاحترام وحماية حقوق الإنسان للعاملين في مجال الجنس.

في السنوات الأخيرة، ازداد تأثير ومفعول الحركات التي تم تنظيمها ضد حقوق المجموعات المهمشة والمُجرَّمة حول العالم. قامت المجموعات ضد المهاجرين/ات بالسعي من أجل سياساتٍ للحدود أكثر تقييدًا، والذي ينتهك الحق في التحرك والهجرة.

يمكن للتشريعات المتعلقة بالعمل بالجنس أن تكون معقدةً للغاية وتتواجد نماذج قانونية مختلفة في البلدان المختلفة، وحتى أحيانًا داخل البلدان نفسها. 

في حين أن فهم القوانين والقواعد المكتوبة أمرٌ مهم، إلا أنه لا يُقدِم صورةً كاملةً لتأثير قوانين العمل بالجنس على حياة العاملين/ات بالجنس. لفهم ذلك، من الضروري فهم كيف يتم تفسير القوانين، فرضها، وتنفيذها على أرض الواقع. 

لقد كان العاملون/ات بالجنس التجاري من ضمن أولئك الذين تأثروا/ن بشدة في بداية وباء كوڤيد-١٩ ولا يزالون متأثرين/ات بهذه الأزمة العالمية للصحة العامة. إن التحديات التي واجهها العاملون/ات بالجنس التجاري قبل وقوع كوڤيد-١٩، كنتيجة للتجريم، الوصم والتمييز، قد تفاقمت بينما تعرض العاملون/ات بالجنس إلى الصعوبات، الخسارة الكاملة للدخل، الزيادة في المضايقات، انتهاكات الحقوق الإنسانية، واللامساواة الصحية.

AIDS 2022, the 24th International AIDS Conference, is taking place in 2022 both in-person and virtually. With this year’s conference being held in Montreal, NSWP member organisation Stella, l’amie de Maimie have produced a special issue of ConStellation—Stella’s annual magazine by and for sex workers and our friends now it’s in 27th year—as a way to orient sex workers and allies to all sex work content at the AIDS conference.

NSWP member organisation the English Collective of Prostitutes and Dr Laura Connelly from the University of Salford have published new research that looks at EU Migrant Sex Work in the UK Post-Referendum.  

The research, conducted in 2019, shows that violence, xenophobia and threats of deportation against migrant sex workers from the European Union have risen since the EU Referendum.
